asbury park, new jersey — the home town of bruce springsteen, once a busy sea side town, on my visit in 2000 it was a ghost town. a huge property scandal means that asbury park remains almost fossilised. the small community is trying to rebuild. for more information on asbury park check out : asburypark.net
