Cut Off Your Hands at Oxford Art Factory.

Somehow I’d forgotten how manic these boys were. Maybe it was the fact that it was late Sunday night. Maybe it had been too long since they played in a venue in Sydney. But they were manic. These shots don’t portray it because I almost got squished in the first two songs by Nick leaping in to the crowd. First song it was a kick to the camera. Second time I saw him coming, stood aside, some poor girl got squished. So there was hesitation to shoot for fear that I’d get a face full of foot and camera pieces.  I watched in a mild but enjoyable state of fear.  The new songs sounded good. They’re such fun lads.
