After a stinking hot day the skies are letting go and the rain is streaming down in Sydney town. My TV decided to compete and turn itself in to a snowstorm display so it’s been switched off and I’m hoping the power doesn’t cut out as I haven’t got a clue where my candles are. There’s no streaks of lightning, just massive flashes of brightness every few seconds spilling in through my windows combined with a constant thunder roll. It’s like some sort of light show.
