I rang up Telstra to ask about getting my phone line connected to my apartment next week and was a little off-put when the message told me that I’d have to speak to tell it what to do. I had to say something like “connections” and then “connect” to get put through to the right place. However I then had to call back with more details so when the Telstra lady began speaking I just wanted it over and done with quickly and shouted “connect connect connect” down the line and thankfully it took me to the right place.
Why can’t I just press the numbers? It’s much nicer to press the numbers.
ps. anyone in Sydney have recommendations for a good adsl service provider?
