i’ve been wanting to learn how to vectorise photos in a nice designed manner for a while so last night i located a few sites such as the Computer Arts forums (which I didn’t know existed until now but seem to have a lot of good topics) where people had discussed various methods.
made a few rough images and then decided to make a little flash movie with my (currently) limited flash skills to get my william reid : war site (okay okay, page!) up again.
i’ve got the basic understanding now and although the william image is rough i understand how to get the effect i’ve been wanting. it takes a lot of time and a lot of clicking! i’ll experiment on it again soon.
