What’s happening? London’s been mostly sweltering but thankfully today there’s been a small amount of rain and the temperature’s dropped by about 10 degrees.
the Sister Vanilla gig was great the other week and hopefully they’ll be gigging about the UK soon.
I’m not too fond of the tax refund company I’m using because I think they’re lazy and that they’re lying to me about chasing up the Inland Revenue for my refund. But what can you do? If I tell them that now then they’ll just delay it all even more so I’m trying to keep polite for the time being and keeping my fingers crossed they sort it out soon.
I guess that’s a bad habit of mine – if something’s not right I won’t shout and scream, but if I’m really annoyed I will confront things in a polite way respecting the fact that usually the person on the end of the phone line has nothing to do with the matter at hand. Unfortunately it’s usually the shouters and screamers who do get everything done for them in double time.

Spent a couple of afternoons and evenings working on an extranet system* for K To Be – it’s in about v0.8 at the moment and has been tested well without any errors, just a few suggestions for additions. The actual demonstration content is not in there yet but once I do a few of these additions then I’ll add in the demonstration designs and comments and link it up to K To Be’s home page for potential clients to peruse.
