Remember playing musical chairs in school and everyone scampering when the music stopped to grab a chair?
In the game I’m currently involved in someone hit the play button late last year and the music has continued well beyond the average allocated time. What happens when fatigue sets in? I’m walking round and round these chairs and really wishing to sit down but knowing that until the music stops I’m not allowed to.
Sometimes the people walking in front of me slow down so I can slow my pace.. sometimes the people behind start pushing and shoving and telling me to get a move on. No matter how much I try I can’t set the pace because too many other people are involved influencing the speed of this game.
Somebody, please, stop the music.
